“Our family felt welcome”

Our family felt welcome from the phone call to schedule and all the way through the appointment. This was our first time coming to CCAC. The ladies that took care of our dogs were wonderful. I’m very pleased to have stumbled on CCAC.

“Extremely impressed… This clinic is one of the best”

This was our first time there, and I was extremely impressed with Dr. Jeff. He was wonderful. He listened to any concerns we had, went over the options available to us, asked us how we wanted to proceed and was candid with what he thought the best option was. But not once did he pressure us into an option we weren’t comfortable with, and he was clear on what all the costs were up front.

Very refreshing – we have been to many vets because we have moved quite a bit and this clinic is one of the best. Highly recommend to others.

“Our dogs felt comfortable”

“We were very happy with our first visit”

We were very happy with our first visit for both of our dogs! Every single employee was very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable, and each person gave our dogs love and attention. Dr. Melanie was wonderful with both of our dogs and provided us with great explanations, suggestions and choices.

The waiting room and patient room were very clean, and the office had a nice fresh scent — unusual for a vet office!

Most importantly, our 7-year-old dog and our 11-week-old puppy responded well to the employees and the surroundings. Our older dog did not show the signs of considerable anxiety as he had with past vets!

We’ve moved quite a bit and we have seen about 6 different vets in the last 11 years. Thankfully we are not moving again because this vet, by far, was the absolute best!

“Treat you just like family and love your babies as their own”

My puppies got real sick after moving here from Texas. I did not have a vet yet. I found Cherished Companions online and read about how good they were. I am so glad we chose this group. “Made me feel like I’ve been coming here for years”

“Feel very fortunate to have found Cherished Companions”

We’re new to the Castle Rock area and feel very fortunate to have found Cherished Companions! Our poor, little shorkie was coughing with an inflamed trachea.

We were seen in a timely manner, treated very kindly and all my questions answered by Dr. Ivy. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the time she took with us. In addition, the office visit fee and prescription charges were a pleasant surprise—not near as much as it would have been at our last vet.

“Super friendly and kind staff”
