“Very professional and gentle with my dog”

Being new to area and having a 13-year-old dog with health issues, I read the reviews and decided to try Cherished Companions. Kristin and Dr. Christina were very professional and gentle with my dog. I was also made aware of a new concern. I’m sure I will be returning.

“I couldn’t be happier with the care”

My elderly dog had to have surgery for an obstruction in her stomach, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Dr. Melanie, Wendy and the entire staff are awesome at what they do, and it shows in their attitudes and work ethic. They saved my girl, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I would highly recommend this wonderful veterinary clinic to anyone looking for a vet. Very compassionate, caring group.

“Patient with all our concerns”

Just love Dr. Melanie! She is patient and kind and really takes the time to listen. We have a family member — aka a cattle dog — who is getting older, and Dr. Melanie and staff really seem to care. They‘re patient with all our concerns.

“Would highly recommend”

Dr. Melanie and Alyssa were awesome! My dog, Blue, is a very grumpy old man. Like Clint Eastwood’s character in Gran Torino grumpy. They were very patient with him and handled him well. I was very relieved that he just had a bacterial issue with his gutt. At his age, things start to get dicey.

Would highly recommend Cherished Companions Animal Clinic.

“Thanks for putting me at ease”

As always, my experience was beyond excellent. I consistently recommend Cherished Companions to anyone who is needs a new caregiver for their companion, and some who don’t. I never have a second thought about leaving Shanti in your care, even when it’s something like putting her under anesthetic to have dental work done. Since she’s an older, brachycephalic dog, this is always a little more touchy than with dogs that have regular airways.

Thanks for putting me at ease and providing the additional support an occasionally overprotective pet mom needs.

“My old dog has had a resurgence of energy”

I brought my fourteen-year-old sheltie into Dr. Melanie. Previously, my old girl was acting tired and a bit senile. After exams and a diagnosis, my old dog has had a resurgence of energy. I am positive she feels better.

The clinic works like a fine-turned Swiss watch. Pleasant and knowledgeable support staff, clean and organized waiting area, and the smartest veterinarian in the country. If you want the best at a reasonable rate, you want Dr. Melanie and crew.

“A wonderful experience”

A wonderful experience. Ruby is 11 and has some issues. Dr. Melanie took all the time needed to answer my questions and give me all the very important information I needed. The vet tech was very sweet and kind to me and to my dogs. She did the final checkout and got us done and out of there quickly. Love Cherished Companions.
