Dr. Tonja Anderson, DVM

Dr. Tonja Anderson is originally from Louisiana but moved to the mountains as quickly as she could! She graduated from CSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 and her professional interests include: dermatology, end-of-life/hospice care, internal medicine, and working with fearful patients. Dr. Anderson takes pride in her ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships with her clients and strives to create a sense of teamwork when it comes to the care of their pets.  She is a certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian from the Feline Veterinary Medicine Association and holds advanced certification in Fear Free practices to ensure all pets experience as little stress as possible during their visits. She lives with her husband and four Siberian cats: Margo, Ivan, Phineas and Hamish, and enjoys traveling, reading and craft projects in her free time. Dr. Anderson looks forward to meeting you and caring for your furry families!
